IslamicFamily is seeking proposals from qualified HR consultants or firms to support our organization through a critical period of restructuring and growth planning. Over the past several years, our organization has grown significantly, but our systems and structures are catching up. Recent funding changes across the sector led to some difficult transitions, including layoffs and managerial departures. While progress has been made in addressing staff concerns, this is an exciting moment for the new HR Specialist to help evolve IslamicFamily into an organization equipped to navigate today’s challenges and positioned for growth in the future.
