1. Help visitors to the Hüb feel like they are cherished family members
You will be the first point of contact for people when visiting the Hüb. You will offer them refreshments, help them find seating, support youngsters through play, and initiate conversations with people from many walks of life who you may not share a common language with.
2. Learn & Share
You will be learning and sharing information that helps people access resources and communicate better while also helping you navigate complex issues safely.
3. Connect people
You will help people connect to IslamicFamily services: Mirrors, Global Stitches, The Green Room, Financial Empowerment, counseling, etc.
4. Support Creativity
You will help people explore the opportunities our Hüb space offers and engage in small crafts and activities.
5. Foster Beauty
You will help us maintain/foster beauty in our environment.
1. Receiving Donations: Unloading and sorting food donations efficiently.
2. Organizing Inventory: Stocking shelves, maintaining proper storage conditions, and ensuring accurate labeling.
3. Preparing Food Hampers: Assembling hampers tailored to the needs of families and individuals.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the warehouse tidy, organized, and safe.
4. Engaging with Visitors: Greeting clients and helping distribute food hampers while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Supporting Logistics: Assisting with deliveries.
