As a volunteer for our Listening Campaign, you will help facilitate surveys with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on our services. This role involves translating and filling out surveys for clients who speak Arabic, Somali, or Dari. Volunteers are expected to dedicate 2-4 hours per week, assisting 5 clients per shift. Surveys will be conducted onsite at the IslamicFamily Hüb, primarily on Mondays and Thursdays between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.
